Around 10,000 people are missing, thousands feared dead, after floodwaters devastated parts of Libya over the weekend. Mediterranean storm Daniel brought heavy rains that caused 'catastrophic' floods, broke through dams and swept away entire neighborhoods. Outside help finally arrived the the north African nation on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, more than 36 hours after the floods.
