Libya restricts agricultural pesticide imports to European, US and Canadian products

Libya’s Minister of Economy and Trade, Suhail Abu Shiha, has issued a decision regulating the import of agricultural pesticides, limiting imports to products of European, US and Canadian origin as part of efforts to strengthen public health protection, food security and oversight of pesticides circulating in the Libyan market.
